Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement between ELES Globe Solutions and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access credentials (e.g., to social accounts, ad platforms, or hosting), and approvals required for us to deliver services. Delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of ELES Globe Solutions.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or retainer agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due in advance of work commencing or as per the payment schedule specified in the relevant agreement. Late payments may result in pause or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property

ELES Globe Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used to deliver services remain the property of ELES Globe Solutions.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, or strategic information shared during the course of the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the agreed services.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, and other advertising or hosting platforms). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by these third-party platforms that are outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
ELES Globe Solutions will perform services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, or follower counts), as these depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as per the notice period specified in the applicable service agreement or retainer. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold ELES Globe Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, client's misuse of deliverables, or client's breach of applicable laws in connection with the services provided.
11. Governing Law
